本週長知識 (2013/10/21-2013/10-27)

1. 人類生產的食物有 40% 是浪費掉的，包含被害蟲吃掉、沒吃完丟掉、在冰箱腐敗等等，但不包含被不餓的人嘴饞吃掉的部分。

2. 優養化造成水中缺氧是因藻類死亡後，腐敗時細菌消耗氧氣所致。

3. 人在母體內即開始培養口味，而兩歲以前對新的食物的接受度較高，但卻在二到六歲時接受度最低。

4. 父系社會的英文是 patrilineality，母系社會是 matrilineality，而且 Blogger 覺得這兩個都是錯字，幫我畫了底線。

5. 美國是唯一還可以用後進先出 (LIFO) 存貨成本會計法的國家。
